This is bait, or (You) know absolutely nothing about how mechanical movements are made. Any mechanical movement above the 7Sxx/Powermatic-80 level requires far more hand labour in assembly, adjustment and regulation than quartz movements do. High end production movements require large quantities of hand labour and/or proprietary capital equipment for functional finishing, basic decorative finishing, assembly, adjustment and regulation.

Adjusting a balance is child's play.
Breitling is famous for adjusting all of its watches to chronometer spec, and it's all done by a single roastie named "Rachida".

Also, mechanical movements are largely assembled by hand, outside of screwing major parts together.
And "basic decorative finishing" is also done by machine.

That's not true though. They have their own private watch collections that are different to what they're paid to wear. For example Gerard Butler is paid to wear Festina, normally wears Panerai. Hugh Laurie is paid to wear Hamilton, normally wears a Rolex.

I mean, I did my research, but I can't find shit that isn't quartz.

There's this for example:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kkde5pp16_o

And it looks really good to me, but it's quartz so...

This is in reference to trying to find a chrono with a design similar to Speedy with a 1/100 second timer and I'm not actually sure if non-quartz ones even exist.

I think that's not the best gauge, because lots of people end up with way too expensive watches that way, I mean everyone has $2k/month nowadays so everyone would have a Rolex. With $2k/month you're supposed to stay with Seiko and Hamilton. Rolex is supposed to be $5k/month.
