I do not know if I would recommend h&m & uniqlo over suitsupply. It's a matter of money though. The recommendation with the shoes is good though. No sneakers. For tux, it'd be patent leather (though mirror shined oxfords are formally correct). A simple black oxford with captoe is fine, too.
