The problem is that you aren't going to bite into it hard enough on your own probably. When you do sparring with someone and are full of adrenaline for a couple of hours per week it slowly starts to take in effect.

I guess if you sit behind computer screen for 6 hours you might as well bite into teeth protector and figure out if it's gonna work. Pic related is actually a muscle, idk how your bone structure is, but you can always put on muscle there and get that godlike jaw.

I'd also advise to make some really big sandwiches with very sturdy bread where you have to chew for a very long period of time very hard, you are going to have sore jaw and will barely be able to chew at the end of it. That should also work.

I've tried almost everything with little to no success--my shit is all thick and wavy. generally I've found what works the best in making it manageable is leave-in conditioner, argan oil, and anti-frizz serum. doesn't help that I live in the armpit of the world so it's constantly humid here. as far as keeping the hold goes, I use a couple drops of crew grooming cream, any more and it really weighs it down, but just enough and it'll keep everything in place and add a nice shine to it.
