Do PPL, eat 1 to 1&1/2 grams of protein per lb of body weight, low carb, but at a caloric surplus for 6 months, and then cut down with some cardio and 5x5 starting strength for 3 months while eating at a 300 calorie deficit every day. Start incorporating cardio.

This is assuming you've never lifted a day in your life, but you'll hit your noob gains hard following an aesthetic, non power lifting routine. After your cut and at the end of this 9 month process, you'll have Brad Pitt's body.

Noobs will say its impossible, but Brad with his fight club body is a 5'11, 165 lb dude. It's not that impressive. Very attainable.
