Hairline only doesn't growback through rogaine/fin/drugs alone.
Once an area has gone bald, the skin is unable to grow hair, no matter how much rogaine you rub on it.
The only way to get dead areas to grow hair again is to replace the dead skin layer with new skin.
You can ONLY do this through microneedling 3-5 times a week, or getting a hair transplant.
I recc microneedling. a .5mm should do the trick.
