If you just want to make out with and fuck girls all you need to do is be reasonably good looking, buy some boots that raise you two or three inches or get some lifts whatever, get a sleeve tattoo or some visible tattoo that makes you stand out. Sounds like bullshit, but I had an almost 100% success rate with this when I was going out a lot abroad. What I do is I spend some time building my self confidence, trying positive psychology/reinforcement and optimism, spending more time at the gym, measuring calories and nutrients.
