what is your budget ?
Sportbikes are the most expensive bikes why do you insist on a sportsbike if you just want to look cool get a scrambler or something like that.
Supersportbikes are for advanced more experienced riders and if you cant handle a bike that has more horsepower than it weighs everybody will laugh at you.

I also think that all italian sportsbikes are the most /fa/ for example Aprilia,Ducati...
But those are fucking expensive both in price and maintenance costs if you are not able to do everything by yourself.

oof, that's not enough for almost every sportsbike i know on the used market here.
Don't know whats the situation in the states but you have to look for yourself if you can get something for that amount that doesn't falls apart right away...
I would suggest older models of popular japanese brands and in the 600cc section from the years 1999 and up..(Yamaha and Kawasaki mostly.. the GSXR line from Suzuki is fucking ugly imho)
Again you are really really limited by your budget... just go to a dealership and find something you like and save for it buddy

oh and i don't suggest a sportsbike as your first bike ( i just read you dont have the licence) cuz you gonna crash and you dont want to pay for all the plastic on the bike trust me...not just the HP is too high for you to even use it it's fucking dangerous and chances your kill yourself are pretty high... thats why in the eu you can't just hop on a sportsbike after finishing your licence even if you're an adult.
