I buy pretty much everything either on sale or at the Weekday/Uniqlo which is H&M tier prices.
I would argue I spend less on clothes than most 'normies' that nowadays wear nothing but Hilfiger, Superdry and Stone Island.

-don't spend more on things because of brand names or logos (i.e. don't buy a helmut lang hoodie because it's helmut lang, no normie will care. Do, however, buy something more expensive if the design appeals to you and it's not an absurd markup)
-buy used (literally check grailed. I got a wtaps bomber for like 20% of what the current ones go for)
-buy things on sale if at all possible
-don't fall into the trap of buying more because you're bored unless you have the bank account to back it up (you don't)

Both of those things are actually insanely expensive where I live.

I mostly buy fresh fruit, especially bananas and whatever other produce is cheap or on sale and proteins like whole chickens to chop up myself instead of pre-cut pieces.

My weekly grocery bill is usually between $30-$50 ($50 being when I try to buy a piece or two of fish) instead of $80-$100 like it used to be. I also don’t eat at restaurants or order take-out like I used to which added an extra $100 per week. So on top of my previous disposable income I now have got a pretty decent amount to blow on clothes when I feel like it, and thanks to not eating out I’ve lost a lot of weight.

10 onions cost like, two dollars. 10 carrots cost like two dollars, again. Get some lentils (preferably in bulk), it's gonna cost you around 20 cents per meal. Get some rice, (in bulk, preferably) again, 20 cents per meal.
Add them all together - 2 onions, 2 carrots, lentils, rice, top it off with seeds, that's a meal that's like 2 dollars made from healthy as fuck vegetables and grains.
(a bag of flaxseeds/chia seeds/pumpkin seeds look expensive, cuz it's like $10+ per bag, but it lasts you like three months)

Vegetables (and grains, seeds, nuts, legumes, pulses, etc.) are pretty fucking cheap man you just don't know how to eat.

(Fruits are expensive as fuck tho)

Find a small/local charity thrift store and donate there. I donate mine to animal non kill shelter thrift store, they charge a bit on higher side but I am happy where the money go to.
