All right, guys. I've been doing nopoo for about 6 months, and I've been really happy with the amount of volume my hair has gained. The bad side is that my dandruff problem seems to have increased at least a hundredfold. Are there any good ways to manage this shit while keeping the natural oils in my hair? I've tried baking soda and vinegar, but that just had the same washing effect as shampoo.

I need some short haircut recommendations. Got some interviews coming up and don't want to make the wrong impression.

Explain to me what happened here. My friend (female) started growing her hair out when she was 5. By the time she was 10, it was about 24" long and wouldn't grow any further. When she was 15, she shaved it off. It grew back to 12" by the time she was 18, but won't grow any longer (she's 21 now). Will her hair never be as long again as before the cut? Why?
