I rate a 3/10. Bad because nothing actually goes together cohesively. You have an interesting jacket that fits slightly oversized and boxy, which should be the focal point of the fit. But when you wear fucking basketball shoes and Zara skinny blue jeans that oversized jacket looks strange by comparison. And to top it all off you’re wearing a black hoodie with text underneath when you could’ve worn a more muted sweater with an interesting texture or knit to let the jacket stand out. Basically, the bottom half of your fit is shite, for the love of god stop wearing skinny faggot ripped jeans. The jordan 1s might’ve worked if you had loose pants on but I’d honestly ditch those too. Your fit is both hormone and unbalanced and the bottom half fits like shit. the color palette is fucking ass too

imo it has its flaws, but it doesn't look bad.
I think the jacket is somewhat of a statement piece, because the way it looks, and its a good piece to be honest. The Jordans have also a similiar reddish colour to some parts of the jacket, so there's that aswell. The hoodie is black and rather plain, so it doesn't drags the attention from the jacket, which is good. I don't have any problem with you wearing the hood up, never really understood it. I think it looks good and often better as when you're putting it down, because of the way it falls over the collar, ofc depending on the jacket. The real problem I see are the pants. They fit overall good, but their colour kinda falls out of the roster, so it puts the outfit down. I would've went for a black pair of pants, or something that matches the jacket in colour and/or material. (corduroy it is I guess)
Also, I just hate biker pants, especially with this distressed look. I think someone mentioned it earlier, but it has this Zara feel to it.

I like all the pieces individually, but it doesn’t look really look cohesive together. I’d say wear those shoes with stylish athletic fits instead. Honestly I think it would look cool if those same pants were black along with the black hoodie and some type of basic shoes to highlight the interesting jacket you have on. I do like the jacket on top for sure, it goes alright with the shoes but i think it would look better with a darker red that doesnt pop so hard. The hoodie's def fine, personally i dont like any writing on mine but the lettering looks interesting at least.
