My father went from 5'7" at 18 to 5'9" at 21 but that's really uncommon, if you haven't grown an inch since last year I doubt you will grow much

Thats what I do. I'm 5'7-5'8" and I usually date skinny girls who are around 5'11" or 6ft. I'd say I'm a solid 6/10 as well.
