I'm a little sad. I gave blood yesterday and didn't eat afterward so I've been feeling really sick. My bf told me to eat all 3 meals today but I don't really know how to split my 800 calorie goal into 3 meals, it's usually 1. It's a Dom/sub relationship so I wouldn't feel right disobeying him. It has been not too hard so far. I'm just a bit anxious about ending the fast. My initial goals were eight days, which I am going to hit after Sunday, but why not go for, say, for fourteen days then? Excess facial fat can be a sign of certain health issues (which you can, at least potentially, control). Also: no refined sugars, eat nothing you did not prepare yourself, don't drink soda, the obvious, common sense aspects of a healthy diet you should consider.

Bonus: Skip dairy for a few weeks. Has the nice side effect of potentially helping with skin related issues and other symptoms cause by hormonal imbalances (some of which might also be connected to your excessive facial fat).

30lbs is too much. You're tall. If you lose even 10lbs it will make a huge difference.

Your arms/leg proportions look a bit off. If you work your legs more (squats, deadlifts, lunges, etc.) you will look more balanced. I'm guessing you have avoided those exercises because you want a thigh gap, but your hips are too narrow for that. You're better off aiming for a generally proportional body.

More weight training, and lose weight slower, no more than 0.5lbs/week. I've done the mistake of losing weight too fast before, and trying to gain back the muscle you've lost is a massive pain in the ass.

Depends on your current weight. If you're overweight, work on establishing a healthy diet and aim for enough calories to lose weight VERY slowly. If you're thin, increase calories to maintenance and stay there until hunger subsides. Once your hunger goes down, it becomes much easier to resist urges to binge.

Also, brain over binge is a great book.

Finally, fix whatever issue makes you binge. Therapy is great for that. Also, a few medications exist for Bulimia. Wellbutrin took away 90% of my desire to binge.
