Depends on the interview. You just dress appropriately for the situation.
I used to always go: slacks, shirt, wool jumper. You're being interviewed so it's sort of retarded to dress up as some ideal person - especially since everyone else will be doing that as well so you'll come across as an npc. Some jobs love personality devoid drones, but I only do creative jobs so I don't care.
