Are relaxed fit jeans longer than regular fit jeans?
Asking cause I figured I need a longer jean size (L) since my junk gets too tight but the relaxed fit I bought where a tad too long so I wanted to make sure if regular fit are a bit smaller.
By a tad too small I mean like an inch or half an inch smaller. The relaxed fit doesn't touch the ground but goes low enough it's a problem.

Yeah, I should've explained it better. The seat (which i assume is waist, keep in mind I'm a complete retard when it comes to clothes) is fine. I get a size a tad bigger to not worry about it.
The problem is when I sit down my junk sticks out in the part where the inseam measurement ends. Now this is quite embarrassing for obvious reasons, especially when I take naps in the library as I fear getting a mild erection. I don't know if its because I have an abnormally large junk or if because my inseam size is too small or maybe waist.
