I've lost an inch off a full head of hair through lack of protein during restrictive dieting. With only a 500 calorie deficit, I still got fucked. Talked to my doctor about my hair because mpb doesn't run in my family and bloodwork showed it was poor diet.

I wish it was that simple, but you don't get to have your cake and eat it too. Losing weight is never healthy, you can take supplements all you want but you wont get enough macros to offset the body going into panic mode and eating itself. The stress from that can cause hair loss alone.
Best solution being physically active while maintaining proper calorie intake, but that would just leave you with a perfectly healthy athletic body. Who would want that?

Majority of business is small to medium and more looking for smart multi-purpose people. So, don't feel stuck in marketing.

No it's because you don't know what you are doing. If you are skinny fat you have some muscle and some fat. If you just stop eating or reduce calories you will lose some fat and some muscle and end up pretty much the same.

A skinny fat person has to do some weights and consume higher amounts of protein with little carbs and throw in some cardio. That way you can save as much muscle mass as possibler (and possibly add) while losing bodyfat all over.

Skinny fat just generally means little muscle mass with some fat over hence you are skinny yet still a little fat.

Meh. I spent my college years learning about theoretical physics and shit I never use actually building anything. Business majors spend all kinds of time in finance classes which are important but don't tell you how to run a business, sell your idea, or teach you how it feels to be worried about making payroll. College is something you have to do but your degree won't define you in the real world.

IMO (and I'm just some guy on a taiwanese basketweaving forum) it's better to keep creative stuff a hobby for the soul and do something related to what you love that still makes you a good living. Like if you love art, instead of trying to make a living painting, work for an investment firm that does art investment funds or something. So you are dabbling in art still, but, not a broke artist. I think a lot of people would disagree with me and say do what you love always but living in America is only an okay place to live if you are making a good living, it is a hard place to be poor (as you know working your way though college)

For the little bit I gather of your background, I'd look into project management positions at an ad agency, or similar. You have the analytical background and still get to play in the creative world with the art director and that side of it.

were you ever overweight or obese at one point in time? if so, you might need surgery or liposuction to get rid of that fat/skin. that being said, 19 BMI isn't that low. you still have room to lose quite a bit more weight naturally and within healthy parameters, so try that first. if I were you I would try getting down to around 15-16 and seeing if that corrects the problem.
