Depends entirely on what you’re going for. What you have right now is clothes, but not a “look.” There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that, but if you want to develop a particular style, you can start by looking through inspiration albums and see what catches your interest. 'basic' to me is worse than 'average' and implies you strictly follow only what is approved by your female peers- the obvious examples being North Face and Ugg Boots. You dress average+ in my opinion- like other anon said, nothing "impressive" but a well-refined 'normal'. You're not doing anything wrong at all, you just don't seem to be trying to do much.

What I see when I look at this is a girl who has good taste and, as your other comment confirmed, is beginning to give a fuck, but doesn't have the immense (and immensely cohesive) wardrobe to get the look 100% right.
