90% of the time yes, the only way they really ruin it is by making themselves look bad cosmetically, ie horrid makeup choices, bad hair cuts like those awful microbangs feminist cuts, excessive tattoos (any), excessive piercing, etc

Yes, attractive people will get compliments even if they are wearing rags because physical beauty is something every fucking human cannot help but worship.

A 10/10 with good style is a lot more attractive than a 10/10 with a retarded fashion sense.
Of course they're still very hot even without any knowledge in fashion, but that doesn't mean they should just wear random shit simply because they're hot.
