(to me:) Fashion-wise Bladee and GTB/SG put on so many young people listening to their music to start thinking about their fashion differently. Taking more of an individualist stance, stead of "following da wave maaaan"It's just very inspiring to me.

As far as music is concerned; the attention to aesthetics in their music is really one to none. they have taken (in some peoples opinions) a really lackluster type of trappy sounding cloud rap and have turned it into a brilliant celebration of fashion, attitude, and aesthetics that alot of us are attracted to because its not as basic or as non-nuanced as most mainstream rap.

I respect Lean's new direction because he hopped off the train he helped steer when it became too much of a meme and somehow still manages to maintain that unique individuality. Songs like Metallic Intuition and Agony sound nothing like old Lean but they still sound uniquely Lean in a weird way. His music is also much more consistent quality-wise nowadays but I do miss some of the wild shit he used to put out.

Also Tokyo Drift is one of the best songs from both Bladee and Lean for me. I wish they'd do another Japanese colab with each other because that was fucking god tier.

I've listened to Yung Lean long before Bladee, I love them both (+ Ecco, Thaiboy, Sherm, and Gud) but ever since Psycho and Eversince I've preferred Bladee desu. I'm a big fan of everything Lean has done though and Poison Ivy is one of my fav projects from him.

Yung Sherman's style and solo music is incredibly underrated </3. Most slept on DG/GTB member.

redlight is kinda sameish but it has good songs (hex, westfield, steve jobs, puppet master, that thing u do). same goes for D&G (highlights for me are: no life left, cinderella, suffocation, dumpster baby, and botox lips). AvP was eh outside of the first two tracks and winter desu. gluee is amazing but it's kinda inaccessible especially if u don't like much else

eversince is definitely the best project he's put out but i like almost all the others all the way through as well desu, just not on the same level.
