I can go two days straight without eating sugar but in the third day I eat all the fucking candies, cookies or cakes I can buy and throw all my progress in the garbage can. I'm tired of starting loosing weight and giving up in the third day.

You might benefit from looking at it differently. Cutting sugar will be one of the most painstaking things you will ever achieve in your life, at least willpower wise. Treat it as you would a life-threatening heroin addiction. The basic formula is to reduce the amounts of triggers that cue your mind to crave sugar. That might include loading up netflix, walking to your kitchen, being stressed etc. Document these instances and try to avoid them. Second, and this is the only thing that worked for me, don't allow even the smallest pebble of candy to enter through your front-door. To combat inevitable cravings I stocked my fridge full of lettuce, broccoli, carrots and other veggies and I would literally eat these at least 2kg a day on top of meat etc. If you can keep it up for around a month (this is how long it will take to solidify a habit) you should be good.

no, purging is usually (pretty much always) a really bad idea.

approximate how many calories you consumed, and then subtract this number from your weekly calorie quota. Also incorporate some additional exercise into your schedule. this is a way healthier approach.

if you're stubborn and still want to purge, do it by drinking lots of water, or unsweetened onions milk. it will make a) vomiting easier b) your vomit a bit less acidic. Also never use laxatives, you'll only lose water, as the nutrients are already absorbed when they have passed your large intestine -- which is where laxatives usually work.

So yeah, don't purge, be more sustainable. Purging will also make your face bloated and will mess with your teeth in the long run.

Depends on the intensity / individual. I did a negative split 15 mile run this morning. If you want to burn lots of calories fast then cycling is your best bet since it's low impact. Cycling is great for building an aerobic base and burning lots of calories. High cadence cycling is what you want if you're looking for the aerobic benefits. My problem with cycling is that it's doesn't really translate into other sports that much since it's so low impact. It doesn't really strengthen the skeletal muscular system. You almost have to hypnotize yourself to associate the feeling of repulsion with food.

If anyone here is having trouble resisting food, just try this exercise:
Take the food you are craving, and imagine how it would taste coming back up through your mouth as vomit -- how it would feel/taste to vomit this food. Watch as your appetite magically disappears.
I know it's gross, but it does the trick of suppressing your desire for the food.

If you still give in, just have an ultimatum with yourself - since you gave in to this food, you are going to force yourself to vomit it up as punishment. Over a short period of time, your body will feel sick at the prospect of ingesting food.
Once you are free from the caloric jew, you will begin to feel like you've transcended the level that 99% of humans are on. Obviously you still need some form of nourishment, but you now eat for mere energy, NOT flavor.
