Everytime I run my hands through my hair I get 2 or 3 hairs in my hand and when I take a shower I notice like 20-30 hairs come out. I started noticing my hair loss at 21, did all kinds of shit to cover it up for years, embraced the buzzpill at 28.

I don't really meet new people so I can't gauge whether it was a good idea or not based on strangers' reactions. My friends and family say they like it but you know how that goes.

For what it's worth I think I look if not better then cleaner. And to get up in the morning and go without having to fuss about combovers and the like is awesome. Plus running my hand over my freshly buzzed head feels great, like touching sharkskin.

I think you have two choices. Either embrace baldness, maybe shaving your head every few days, or keep wearing that wig. Your natural hair, when grown out, would not be able to imitate the wig you bought, except the length on the sides and the back. Brimmed hats are another possibility to deal with a bald head, though, and nearly essential for most times, due to skin cancer prevention. Have you considered getting into hats? Towel dry, comb, put in light hold lotion product, then side part it with a comb and let it air dry. Run your fingers through it every 15mins or so, so the product doesn't harden up on individual strands. Happens to me but my hairs kinda thick so that's why I do that.
