What's your point anon? It burn calories and it tires you. Of course you can lose weight with only exercising, so you burn calories and go under your TDEE (raise it aswell, increasing caloric deficit), but you'd rather combine doing exercise and dieting. Cardio is great at burning calories, and with a nice low-cal diet it'll help a lot.
Of course if you eat like shit and can't close your mouth it'll not help your weight loss, stop nitpicking lol

Build up some discipline, count calories with an app, make a calorie list of the food that you usually eat and learn the values, plan the time frames for your meals, drink lots of coffee and water, avoid sugar, take long walks, always keep yourself entertained with something. Other people aren't to blame for your eating habits. Keep it under control, if your family pressures you to eat, learn the calories of what they give you, if you can't reject it and then compensate through the rest of the day. You can make it.

I think that too. It's hard to take your own problems seriously, but what the fuck do labels matter. I'm sure I'm very close to anorexia, and I've been that way for this whole year, but now I couldn't give less of a fuck about the label. I have a problem, and I bear with it. That's what matters, not how your problems compare to other people. However, I can say it helps to know some anorexia patients in recovery, and most of them are fucking dramatic, especially the ones in recovery, and I wouldn't like to be grouped with them at all.

How can I get a body like Frank wolf. He's my thinspo and I want to look like him. I've been taking estrogen since 16 but really all it did was keep me androgynous and preserve my slim frame because staying underweight and restricting mostly prevented thing like boob's and hips. Still have defined waist though.

nah, i thought that it was mom/boomer science for a while. yeah i did lose weight and as a result would have a lower metabolism but i was sustaining on 1200 for a while and gained a good bit of weight on 1700. It takes a lot of energy to run body functions well, but less to run them at "low enough to be capable of getting food".
The lowered metabolism thing is temporary though it comes back. Fatties that use the lowered metabolism meme only use the biggest loser study where most of the contestants gained back most of the weight and those who didn't had slower metabolisms than people with similar stats but weren't morbidly obese ever as an excuse to not eat healthy.

stir fry some veggies. you can get a ton of broccoli and spinach and a good amount of mushrooms and whatnot for less than 80, then if you have some defatted peanut powder you can make a peanut sauce by mixing it with a bit of water, onions sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha or something.

pour a couple tablespoons of water in your pan, turn on high heat. once the water starts boiling throw your stuff in and stir it around a bit. if you want the caramelization let them sit on high for a bit and don't touch it until its where you want it, then turn the heat to medium and stir every once in a while, adding a bit of water or onions sauce and seasoning whenever it feels necessary.
its not quite the same as doing it with oil but i never use oil when i cook anymore, its still pretty good
