I'll tell you the other couple of things I see lately that I suspect are leftypol.
A few years back, on /fa/, it was just common sense that wearing a certain thing would make you look like a spastic and was best avoided if you wanted to look good.
On /fa/ today dead trends are very vigorously defended and shilled for while asking /fa/ if wearing dumb shit is constantly greeted with "wear what you want."

"Wear what you want" (unconstrained by what looks good) would have never been said daily a couple of years back. This "all fits are created equal" sentiment is nonsense and sounds like fat acceptance-tier lefty shit to me.

Welp this thread has devolved into utter trash, But to answer the original question Fred Perry shirts and polos in general don't fit into the fedora-core but are just as cancerous. Fedora-core is all about showing how different, unique, and "free minded" you are where as polos are straight normie-core and all about blending in with all the other whitefags. Both end up looking bland and ill informed. I would suggest as a rule of thumb trying to find some middle ground between trying to hard to be different and trying to hard to be bland. Not to say that either of these items are unusable but keep in mind how these look on other people when putting together an outfit including these for yourself.
