Not OP but I'm good at talking to women once actually in a conversation with them, but I've always had issues trying to actually get into a conversation in the first place. Just make it seem natural somehow. Yesterday I was shopping for glasses and asked a qt girl if they fit my face. Bitches will react and if you have quick thinking plus balls that day you'll probably get her to share a coffee with you or something.

Girls rarely respond negatively if you make the approach seem natural. Right place, right time shit. That's how it's done in the movies and books they love to consume.
