After eating a bit more and going to the gym for the past 9 months I'm up to 63kg.

It's still not very good but I look a hell of a lot better.

Go for a a loose streetwear style and you said want to keep it super feminine so check out red-valention's collections on vogue for a bit of inspiration. I remember their spring 2018 collection having skirts and dresses with pockets. I'm guessing you don't like carrying a purse which is why you want pockets?

And since you're a tad bit short I would be more conscious about making sure you don't get stuck dressing like a teen or young 20 something for too long. You should be able to comfortably transition into something modern, professional, or even high fashion when you need to.

Worth noting that going by bf% is more in line with your goals and not necessarily weight, but generally if you have fat to lose then you're not going to get 'tighter' until thats gone.

Alright first of all why did this happen? Are you in a super restrictive diet? Do you have an ED? If so which one? Or was it a party etc.? Are you on meds that make you go into hypermetabolism or anything of that sort?

Second don't worry too much. You have a few options.
You can eat normally. Don't try to get into super restricted eating again. The weight is mostly food and water weight. In any case be a little active now, if you won't be already due to the intake.
The other option is to fast. I would say with this amount 24 hours would be fine and you can go higher than that, but anything below is fine too. Then just proceed with dieting.

Are you SURE it was 8000? What did you eat? This is important too. Also your way of dieting is interesting to me.

- 1 pan Margharita pizza
- 1 beef ravioli MRE
- 2 bags of dill pickle potato chips
- 1 bag of flaming hot fries

You probably genuinely felt hungry then. Watch how you feel the next days hunger-wise and either try to eat more calories during your OMAD window or make the feeding window wider and fast for 18 hours, for example. You will still lose weight and save yourself the pain of binging.

Any tips on getting enough iron and protein on a 1000 kcal diet? Here's what I usually have

Breakfast (total ~ 250-300 kcal)
>1 slice whole wheat toast + 1 tbsp peanut butter + 1 container greek yogurt
OR
>1 slice whole wheat toast + 1 poached egg + 1 container greek yogurt
OR
>1 hash brown + 3 tbsp beans

Lunch (total ~250 kcal)
>1 apple + 20 roasted unsalted almonds

Dinner (total ~350 kcal)
>rice, spinach, eggplant, chicken

Snacks (max ~100 kcal)

I know that the toast and hashbrowns are a waste of calories but I can't think of other breakfast ideas :(

omelettes with sauted mushrooms, onion, spinach, etc can be cooked for ~200 calories if you only use 2 eggs and no oil. i do it pretty frequently and as long as you spice it and don't overcook the eggs it comes out tasting great and keeps you full. its my go to, but whole wheat bread and hasbrowns arent too bad, complex carbs are ok.

Your body replaces the fat you lose with water for a while so not seeing results after two weeks is normal.
I wouldn’t know what your TDEE is, how the fuck am I supposed to guess that? But say you calculate it from an average day and since your energy up and about all the time you set it to moderately active. So you get a TDEE of 2000 cal, but since you’re losing weight you’re more tired, so you don’t walk as much, and you stay at home during the weekends, suddenly it’s 1800 on most days and 1500 on the weekends.

Then maybe you forgot to add that 500cal bagel on Sunday and you haven’t been counting the milk in your coffee.
Or maybe you’re using an app that doesn’t have your exact brand of sauce for your chicken, so you choose something similar but in reality your sauce has twice the calories.
Since you aren’t weighing your food you track your lunch as “one portion” of fruit, but one portion is ,in your app, a super tiny 50g and you had 200g.
What if you forgot to add the calories from cooking oil? That could be 300 extra cal a meal right there.

See how these things add up? And I’m betting you’re doing all of them

I can only get away with salty foods when it's warm. And yes distance running is based. It's relaxing and I get to eat way more. I'm a heavy sweater too so after a run I lose so much water weight.
