It's been 10 days since I started losing weight.
Went from 66.5kg to 62.5kg. I know most of it is water/glycogen storage and I'll gain that back, but I'd like to believe that at least 1.5kg of fat was lost.
I started at 800 cal per day and felt awful, but now I'm at <500 and I'm okay. I hope I can keep this up till at least 55kg.

Pretty much your body's metabolism goes 1.5-2.0x as fast as it should, so food is digested too fast, you can't dissipate heat properly, and you get exhausted just from walking up stairs. On the plus side, I get to be skinny and eat whatever I want, as long as the doctors don't think my thyroid is a serious threat to my health and decide to remove it.

Been thin all of my life. I can really pack away some food though and I eat quickly so it's like when Goku eats and rice and crumbs are flying everywhere. Thing is I can turn the cravings off and on. I'm completely content with only eating half my meal and finishing it up later in the night. I guess it's important to know that i don't really undereat, if i did i think i wouldn't be able to do exercise the same way, but i guess if your goal is to stay as thin as possible, some healthy 1500-2000 calories will do.
I don't do any crazy stuff exercise wise, i do run 10 km 3 times a week, but i guess 8 will do. Then for definition i usually do 3 sets of 25 push ups, 3 sets of 35 squats, 3 sets of 20 leg raises, 30 normal abdominal crunches, 30 spinal crunches, some curls with any type of weight you can find, and then at last i do 2 minutes of normal plank, and 1 minute of side plank on each side... i also will start going to the gym this October so i guess i'll post progress??? My mother has Graves’ Disease, she’s always been the envy of people because she can ‘eat whatever she wants’. With her she’s actually just heat sensitive in general, feels it far greater than anybody else. Her hypertension is pretty bad... and the tiredness is definitely extreme. There is probably some kind of brand that fits you, my advice is to go around and just ask in stores.

Try to have to have a mature, honest, and non-emotional conversation with her about it. Let her know you're concerned about her health and that it's also affecting you in the bed room. Keep it mainly focused on health though and make it so that having a new diet and exercise routine will be a lifestyle change for the both of you. Even with that she'll most likely still feel offended, there's nothing you can do about that, just try to keep it calm and rational.

The only time I've ever talked to anyone about being overweight was a friend that lived out of state. I guess she thought I'd be one of those people a part of the fat acceptance movement and tried to unload some baggage on me about her weight problems. I chatted with her honestly and tried to be tactful about it but it ended up with her being upset and her not talking to me for most of the year. But almost a year later she messaged me that she had lost a bunch of weight with a new diet and exercise. I congratulated her and we chatted about other things but I interpret that last conversation as her way of saying thanks. So many people just avoid weight issues or beat around the bush until it's too late.
