Undoubtedly, I'm Greek and my staple style is prep. It's just a bit harder to pull of since the Mediterranean isn't exactly the coldest of places so we need to be more crafty with our fits. We can't get away with wearing sweaters over shirts all year. I can tell you what works for me if you want.

Well then I'll jump straight to summer.

Linen, fresco and merino are by far the best choices of fabrics for warm weather.

I like to think of linen as the summer equivalent to winter's flannel. Linen is light, airy and provides it's own texture and unique look to various colors. Linen trousers are my go to for summer. Linen shirts also look great albeit not very professional.

As for merino and frecso, both migh seem as odd choices since they are made of wool, however their weaving procces makes them great for summer since they are moisture wicking and also light. Fresco for the day and merino for the windy summer nights.

Tops: Long sleeved polos (I reccomend Kent Wang), thin sweaters and shirts, blue striped shirts are my favorite for summer.

Bottoms: Trousers in linen or fresco, bermuda shorts in linen look especially great due to the wrinkling that forms when sitting down and moving around.

Shoes: I wear penny loafers almost exclusively during summer for my preppy fits also exclusively in brown. I reccomend GH Bass or your fellow Spanish compatriots at Meermin.

Here's a personal example of my average summer fit from this past summer.

PSA: Just bought a new grey flannel suit from J. Press (pic related) and it's the best suit I've ever owned. Going to be my go to from September-May for job interviews, weddings, funerals, etc. Switch out the jacket for a navy blazer and it'll work for church, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.

It's described as "trim-fit", however that is by J. Press standards, so I would say it's the equivalent of a regular fit suit elsewhere.

Also, if you get it in store like I did, J. Press has catalogs with coupons that discount $200 off a purchase of $1000 or more, $100 off $500, $50 off $250, and $20 of any accessory.

it's suitable i suppose but i wouldn't buy those. for example the first one is 80 euros but still 26% polyamid, for that price only buy 100% wool ones.

I also live in Europe, some suggestions for knitwear:
https://www.endclothing.com/eu/barbour-case-fair-isle-crew-knit-mkn1027ny72.html Barbour fair isle, 105 euros (you can wait for sale if you want i usually only buy sale)
https://www.endclothing.com/eu/jamieson-s-of-shetland-fair-isle-crew-mk158-515-4.html
Jamieson made in Scotland fair isle, 145 euro
https://www.endclothing.com/eu/jamieson-s-of-shetland-crew-knit-mk838-323.html
Jamieson's crew, 115 euro, made in scotland
If you want more merino look, slimmer and thinner sweaters try brands such as William Lockie, John Smedley, Alan Paine, all made in Great Britain (price seems steep but they have sale often and good value for money).
it seems like you are spanish from your post, so for shirts you can look up Brooks Brothers on El Corte Inglés (milano fit if you are thin, regent or madison if you aren't, keep in mind it is an american brand so you most likely need milano). Also PRL (only buy them on sale though), Eton.
all this is available in Europe

For pants:
corduroy. It's slowly becoming a new meme so lots of brands carry it, Levi's, Brooks Brothers, Land's End
if it is really cold you can try flannel lined chinos, Brooks Brothers have them.
but if you live in spain just regular chinos with good socks will do. Socks are also important for the prep look, good patterned socks might be the hardest of all the prep things to get in Europe since most European brands don't carry nice patterned once and paying a shitton of shipping and/or markup for a pair of socks is kinda ridiculous.

I would advise against duffel and peacoats. There's something about them that looks stuffy and old-fashioned. It's also worth mentioning that without a sturdy physique, they won't look right.

Instead I recommend looking into army surplus items. My favorite being a US Navy N-1 jacket from WW2 (pic related). A lot of companies make good reproductions.

Beta behaviour. Maybe you should just wear sweatpants, knit sneakers and an oversized sweatshirt so you fit in with the basedfolk?

Really though, if you feel overdressed wearing that then its because you don't think highly enough of yourself and you should think of people who dress too casually as inferior

Is there a blog/guide like these for women? My sister wants to dress more properly, she has some great fits already but wants to get into it completely- but she finds it hard to start.

If there are no blogs/grams/anything, could you perhaps help and name some girl essentials, as the blue/white oxford shirt is for male?

She has great chelsea boots for the fall, what else is there?

Thanks lots

Suddenly the world seems very small, a day seems very short and I don't know why would I bother with anything else than the bare minimum to get to work (I wear change clothes at work, medical laboratory and all that), and my gym clothes.

Part of being stylish is wearing what's appropriate. What you think looks good and really does look good may look weird on you because you aren't living that life so it just doesn't work. If you're already a person with style then wearing something stylish like that comes naturally. Clothes still function like a social uniform, so if you live a normie lifestyle don't expect to be able to pull off non-normie clothes let's be real.

It is, but not for shirts. Jackets, vests, pants, ties, socks, gloves everything but shirts since it's a dark color and hard to combine with a jacket when it's a shirt. A good rule of thumb is that a shirt should have, at the very least, a mild contrast with the jacket with the shirt being of a lighter color than the jacket, thus why white and light blue shirts are very popular, they are easy to combine and provide a good contrast most of the time.
