essentially, i think this looks ok, but living in a state of the sovereign socialistic scandinavia myself, cant really see this standing out from the crowd. the print shirt, the brown sole sneakers and seemingly black jeans downplay the otherwise very up looking jacket and the well matching scarf. you could probably get more out of this outfit by changing the sneakers to boots and go for the full on preppy look.
