Depends a bit on the look of the boots I think, you might come off as a skinhead type, whether or not that bothers you is another question.Other options are just wearing the jeans naturally over them or maybe tucking them in which could look even more like a skinhead. It probably also depends on the rest of the fit and the vibe you're going for.
