I'm cutting to 10% body fat, aiming for 2 lbs of fat loss per week. I only overeat on the weekends.

For me 40 min rowing machine everyday and light fitness exercises worked well. You should combine it with 30 min running every 2nd day to get the best results.

you have nothing to do then and probably eat out of boredom. try to keep yourself busy. do cardio, go hiking, whatever.
don't buy shitty processed foods which are very calorie dense.
Prep healthy low calorie stuff so that you have something to binge on, like 1kg of salad or veggies.
drink coffee, tea, chew gum or something else that lowers your appetite.
try to fast as long as posible every day, before you eat something.

eat cinnamon and garlic to lower your blood pressure.

not really, this depends on bf levels and amount of cutted calories/ amount of calories you overeat and macros.
Doing low fat high carb refeed when you do psmf on sub 13% bf and lift 4 times per week makes sense for example.

desu m8 overeating on the weekend is fine as long as you log that shit on myfitnesspal. I ended my bulk at 78kg and i am now down to 68 kg and I always get a takeout or 2 on the weekend. You just gotta get used to tracking all your shit on myfitnesspal if you already don't.

>tldr; It's ok to pig out once or twice a week as long as you stick to it for the remainder of the week.
