I've got this Gucci watch. Can't tell if its fake or real. Can anyone help me out?

I know these pictures are pretty shit.
It has a second hand. Some sites say that makes it no good, some mention that it should have a smooth movement and not tick the seconds.
>I don't know because I haven't replaced the battery yet.
I look up the 29664 model and it seems to be a different watch, so I'm leaning fake.
