We have very similar pants: grey slimish chinos with not a very high waist. The problem in your fit is the shirt is wrinkled and not tucked in all the way, making it billow. The pants are low waisted and tucking things into low waisted pants never looks good. The belt is one of those braided ones and isn't flattering. The black shirt clashes with the brown belt and the shoes are brown as well. The pants are low wasited which usually doesn't look good unless you can find a way to hike them up to be higher waisted like I did. Just try and find some more casual button-downs or button-fronts if you like that style, better pants for the style, and just pay attention to colour.
