I doubt anyone actually pays those prices. Those are unworn deadstock shoes which are a collector's item because production quantities are relatively low, but the pairs for wearing with their tags cut off etc are much cheaper, around 300 for most colorways.

I'm thinking Yeezys might get some sort of a revival - seems like Off-White Nikes have recently claimed the throne as the #1 hype shoe so it might be possible to wear Yeezys casually without making a big number out of them sometime soon. And the non-350 models aren't that popular anyways.

750 has the vintage factor and limited production quantities, but I'm sure there'll be enough of 700s for everyone later this year/early next year with new colorways being released.

At least at my local retailer the 500s and butter 350s didn't sell out instantly and there were pairs left sitting on the shelves for a while.
