What are some footwear options for people that don't like to wear dress shoes?

I'm looking for something that would go with like chinos and a shirt. Pic related.

I'll do tennis shoes or any other kind of athletic shoe, but I really can't stand shit like Oxfords, loafers, brogues or boat shoes.

Pics would help because I don't know what the fuck I'm doing.

Possibly too skater, I like Jack Purcell converse as a slightly more mature looking canvas shoe. Sperry also makes some more explicitly preppy canvas sneakers.

If you want leather maybe look at the J crew x Nike killshots (inb4 reddit) or any really minimal tennis shoe like stan smiths
