Lunar core is just palewave with "textured" clothes. Although the texture is the keyfactor, you can include some darker items.

I'd personally go for something with baggier cargo pockets, but I could see it working in a lunar fit. palladium vapors might be a touch too light, but it probably depends on the shirt you pair it with. I'd say go for it, maybe have them tapered a tad more.

Avirex is God tier for lunar outerwear

Guys I'm trying to develop a personal style that fuses lunarcore or menswear pieces with streetwear, but I'm kinda stuck.

I love the functionality of lunar core so I want to have stuff like a vest, jackets and cargo pants to wear, but I want to figure out how to also add a bit of the rebellious streetwear aesthetic into it.

The end result would basically be like a modern take on rebel movements in science fiction (Star wars, blade runner, Akira, etc) but using clothing that is ingrained in real world counter culture.

Frankly, lunarcore is getting there, with pastel colours being so popular and random complexities on clothes becoming a little bit more common, but the leap to lunarcore being normal is still a while off, and I'm not certain it could be made to work as normal streetwear due to the fact that its necessarily overly complex items as part of the aesthetic, where very simple clothes are the norm now.

Combine some grey'ish bomber/flight/airforce jackets with some tapered cargo pants and footwear that either is boots or kinda looks like boots and you're half way there.

The more pockets, padding and zippers and shit the better.
That's what they did half the time for every film that's hailed as an inspiration for lunarcore.

The art is in combining this so it looks natural and not something you're wearing for a dress up party.

I got a pair of winter waterproof palladiums, and they are the most comfortable piece of footwear I've ever owned. Granted, I got a type with a thin memory foam sole, but the outsole is very thick and supportive. I highly recommend them.

I think they're great for the aesthetic, but Palladium tends to use only canvas-like material.
Nothing completely wrong with that but it can sometimes take away from a fit.
The design is cool too, but if you're buying these you'd only be able to use them for super focused lunar core fit.

I agree about the leg straps figured it would help give more of a dynamic feel, on pants it looks cool on cargo capris theres not much point unless its holding something which it wasnt

The rope belt I just always have on me and sortve forgot to take it off for a lunarfit, luckily I ended up finding a fuckton of olive/sand/black tactical belts at Dollarama for like $4 so I'll wear a couple of those instead of the rope belt which is what I usually wear with my SLP style streetwear fits

I had these exact ones. While i absolutely loved how they look, they breathe much worse than they seem, so use talcum powder or something with them. Also in about 6 months of wearing them they got holes in the area where the toes flex. So even though i liked them a lot, i cant recommend them.

It's an old Avirex jacket. When I was still really into lunarcore, I found that tons of older Avirex stuff fits with the aesthetic perfectly (imo). You can browse Yahoo Japan and find some good stuff. Also it's usually really cheap even after shipping.
