Some things to keep in mind:
- Be very careful with driving, especially early on
- Falling asleep will probably get hard as shit
- You WILL lose hair. Probably a lot of it, depending on how long you do it for
- Multivitamins are not a bad idea
- If you're a girl, you'll probably lose your period

Hard to say. Even just in my experience, I still don't know whether the shedding was more due to restriction/lack of nutrients or low weight. I didn't take a multivitamin at the time which could have played a role.
Personally, my body started really getting out of wack at around BMI 17.8ish, but I still kept going until 16.8 lmao

Would highly recommend 0 carbs 1 week before wedding so you dont need to store water. That alone can make u lose 2 lbs easy at your weight. Plus you can lose say 6lbs a month very safely. Aim for 600cals under tdee and if possible increase that woth excercise like cardio
