What's so bad about realism / black and grey?

I think it's a style that will always look good no matter what year it is or what outfit you wear. I'm not talking about le bold will hold meme, what I mean is that 90% of what most of you teenagers think is cool now on Instagram will change in a matter of years.

Black and grey has been around for a while and will always work and look good because it's not visually aggressive or part of any trends. It's true that a lot of plebs go straight for this style, but if you have the right idea / theme / artist it will still be much more original and interesting than what people normally get.

I'm not dissing any styles (except for maybe edgy Instagram tattoos), but this is just another point of view for a style of tattooing I think goes seriously underrated in these threads.

You guys are fucking idiots. There's two concepts of national identity in this world, Ius Sangui and Ius locii, meaning the law of blood and the law of place.

In the US Ius Locii is practiced, if you are born there, you're American. In most other places, they practice Ius Sanguii. In Germany for example, you have to be "of German blood" to count as German. Sometimes though, I despair of /fa/'s approach to tattooing. You can have a lot more interesting pieces and experiences if you find an artist you like the style of and giving some references rather than straight up copying an existing drawing.

I mean in that case, I wouldn't get anything remotely similar. I sincerely doubt nowadays you'd have them sandpapered off or whatever, but it is likely to cause fights with drunks etc.

Having said that though, the encyclopedia doesn't really have any single russian church designs. Maybe do it in such a way it makes it look like you're super into the Orthodox Church, even though something tells me they might frown on tattooing.
