How do I tell how much fat I got in my face?

Defined jaw, forward-pointing chin, good cheekbones (look up the ogee curve), hooded eyes with positive canthal tilt (just google it), full lips with a good pursed shape. Nose is quite redeemable as a shit nose can be excused on a good face, but the ideal is aquiline. Pic related to see what I mean, his nose is pretty poor but he still looks really good.
