I am the COO of a marketing agency. Very relax environment. Average age in the office is 3yo.

I live in a town where we have a 35ºC (95ºF) weather most of the time.

I mean you're not going to get many meaningful responses here.

I will say I'm 29 and I generally just wear oxfords and chinos to work I just try to stay interesting in color contrasts if I feel I'm being too boring. If someone important is coming I may spruce it up with a jacket.

Most of the men in my office are significantly older than I am and some of them younger-- both wear polos or checkered shirts tucked into blue jeans. It sounds like you have a much more lax working environment than I do, and you're a fucking COO so you know better than anyone how you want people to perceive you.

I don't give a shit because I'm just trying to earn a salary while I get tuition reimbursement.

In summer, linen is your mate. White linen shirts, sand linen, light blue, dark blue for light pants.Linen and polos.

I usually wear chinos, linen shirt, dress shoes and long socks/no-show socks.

Love dark shirts with light pants like ice blue/sand/cream. You'll look like a Narco, and the dark shirts hide sweat haha
