Oil pulling
Look it up , you can forget these meme pastes. the yellow shit in your teeth is fat soluble so it should go away with doing oil pulling

I used powdered charcoal, it works very well, allthough my teeth have a very strong yellow tinge due to too much antibiotica as a child, the plaque atleast goes away with activated charcoal

They work by stripping the enamel from your teeth.
Use Tom's or infowars toothpaste

how about hydrogen peroxide?

If you use it once or twice a year it should be fine but that crap is exactly like whitening toothpaste: it makes your teeth whiter b rubbing the outer layer of enamel of, removing it completely if used too often and therefore exposing the yellowish tooth bone.

Can be found in crest 3d strips. It works well but will hurt like a bitch. Use sensodyne and ibuprofen before usage.

wait whitening toothpaste for daily use is bad? I've been using it because it was put in the place of the regular toothpaste I buy

>being this retarded
>not knowing activated charcoal removes stains/whitens teeth

I personally mix coconut oil and activated charcoal and use it like a toothpaste

I oil pull too every few days. Dentist always compliments my smile :)

Those whitening toothpastes usually only use an optical brightener, which is basically a blue dye which will make your teeth appear white. No harm done there if I'm right.
