Should I cop?

Anyone ever bought lightly used boots on eBay? Seems like a reasonable thing to do since they can take a beating, and I won't have to wear them in. Thinking of copping a pair of these, what do you guys think of them?

I'd like a pair of boots to go with a black denim jacket, dark jeans/chinos and a punk aesthetic but something versatile enough for terrorwave or just walking about in the woods casually.
