I just eat fruit, drink herbal teas, and drink water. Basically a fruitarian. Skin is amazing now and I'm lean and fatties always say that eating only fruit cant be healthy and that I need to eat real food.

I originally went vegan for skin/acne problem reasons so I did a lot of research in that area and ultimately got me interested. So I guess if you want to go vegan to lose weight, look up plant based diet weight loss. Plant based diets are truly one of the best weighs to lose weight and maintain it if you truly are a fatass. If you have Facebook, try forks over knives Facebook group. Everyone on their basically shares their vegan success stories of losing weight encouraging others and posting recipes ect. My parents were fatasses as well and I got them to join and they've both lost a ton of weight over the past half year using that group as guidance motivation

Either go on IF and slowly increase the time between your first and last mean (this will get you used to not producing hunger inducing hormones at certain times)

Or try going Keto/low carb, so you can eat more grease and meats (in moderation and with common sense) without the same negative effects, after a while you might also get rid of your sugar and carb addictions.

intermittent fasting is the best thing ever for this. just only eat within a 6-8 hour window. I personally eat between 2 and 8 pm. You'll feel less hungry all the time, cut fat, and at least for me i feel more mentally awake throughout the day. Going for a run or working out in the morning while your body is in a fasted state feels fucking incredible.

Over / under eating are symptoms of a larger problem.

Ask yourself why you are eating. Are you avoiding something? Are you bored? Is it stress relief? Is it to deal with anxiety?

Remove your reasons to over eat and you will have a much easier time reducing your intake. If you can't fix the problem, then find some other way to deal with it.

If you can restrict yourself to 1 meal a day, and refuse to purchase unhealthy food, stock your house with vegetables and fruit, then you will find it easier to switch.

You could also try exercising, that way you can still eat crap.
