This is without a doubt a scam. There's a whole industry here in LA that leeches off aspiring models, musicians, and actors this way. They also often have you sign a contract with them, but it's not because they're going to get you work; it's so that if you do happen to find success on your own, you'll still owe them a percentage or have to buy your way out of your contract.

If someone is legit and thinks you have potential, they'll want to get you working, because that's how you make them money. They won't be charging you for doing their job.

The pay is highly depending on the jobs and brands you Can can work for, without being accurate I can say that videos are the best paying, you can earn up to several thousands a day. Big ass contracts are when you do adverts that are on TV , here you make serious bank
