I'm looking for a no-nonsense sneaker. I have a pair of meme converse but don't love their quality. I also don't love the look of van's meme shoe so I'm looking for shit that's not skate shoes.

Is pic related hideous?

>Are those GSM? I tried pic related and they're horribly uncomfortable. Love the look but unwearable. I'm also trying to avoid white shoes cause dirt.

What's with this board's obsession for overpriced hipster onions shoes like common projects?

lol what. common projects achilles are literally the most basic sneakers you can get, thats why they are desired in the first place. there are low quality imitations now, but before you literally couldn't get a leather sneaker with as little design as the achilles. vans? canvas. nike, adidas, onitsuka, reebok, et al all came with branding and design quirks. when common projects was launched it was one of the footwear companies offering virtually design-free sneakers. there might be an acceptable mid-range option but i havent been in the market myself for them.

pic related, its what happens when you buy the cheap imitations

What's the fit on these? True to size? I wear an 11 in Nike Dunks if that means anything.

Wasn't there a website that compared how different shoe brands fit?

But they're so boring, a shoe like that is basically a leather prison shoe

It should cost no more than 80 dollars
