I noticed this too on a few models on ssense, who are listed as 6'5 and 6'4, they have extremely narrow short hands, it's because rarely is someone perfect proportions everywhere, who is also very tall. the closer you are to average height, the more likely you could have perfect proportions, if you actually look at the whole picture, most tall people have very long legs but short torsos or vice versa, or they have anormal torso but a massive tall head or long neck. likewise, shorter people, might have very long legs but small torsos and a short neck and small head. this is how some people look tall even though they are not actually in real life, and other people look normal sized until you stand in front of them, and they are actually massive, it's because of the proportions, it tricks your mind.

If you really can't do anything about controling the craving eat something ultra low cal and if you're craving something sweet got for some fruit, yes I know it's not the same as a sweet cookies and cream Hershey's bar melted over some popcorn or some buttery croissant filled with cheese or crunchy chocolate but you could always work out later and burn it off, use your period cravings for your cheat days or just drink coffee with a bit of cocoa in it sweetened with stevia. I'd be happy to prove you wrong, I'm just having a weird couple weeks of low motivation.
My low weight was 138lbs a few months ago, but I had a bad run in with vitamin deficiency and dehydration that lead to me taking on bingeing and purging on and off and a lot of weight gain.
Sucks cause I was so close to my first goal weight and now I feel fat as fuck lol

plateauing can be really frustrating.. I started thinspo like 2 years ago now and i've lost about 13 kgs from an already 'healthy' weight (i quote healthy loosely because i definitely was not healthy).
I already knew I'd be taking it slow but I've been stuck at this weight for fucking ever and I've still got about 8 kgs left til my goal weight..

Sometimes the best thing to do is to take another radical shift or something. E.g. I'm experimenting, I'd gone back to eating a rather uncaring regular portion diet and then cut straight back into my deficit, but a little lower than my usual caloric intake and seeing if that will pull me out of it.
Otherwise you may just have to take supplements or some shit, but I really don't recommend eating any less than you are. If anything sticking to 3 small and low caloric unprocessed meals a day is probably better than skipping meals.
As for meals, eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.
Best to have something filling for breakfast and take it easy the rest of the day.
