Even still, the insults outline different concepts that just happen to share a large overlap. One is describing somebody as a fetishist who is incapable of pleasing their partner and seeks extra-marital fulfilment for their partner, with the added fetishising of the humiliation that they experience in this act. The other is describing a person who lacks a degree of masculinity because of their lifestyle choices, and as such will likely participate in the former described fetish.

On the other end of this discussion is an image of a person who the poster finds visually reprehensible and the implication there is that the person they are responding to looks like, and likely has the same political alignment as the person in the picture.
