I saw a used Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch for a nice (yet still fairly steep) price.
However, it's still seven times the price of my Tissot T-Race or Bulova Precisionist, and both are watches I'm really fond of. Besides, there are precious few occasions that call for wearing watches that nice - I legit wear my Casio DW-5600 and Suunto Vyper Novo more than those watches, and that's saying a lot - the latter is a goddamned diving computer!
The Omega, I'd use even less. Fancy dress watch like that, and it'd feel out of place to wear it for much more than the maybe three weeks of the year it'd be suitable to wear it.

The little voice in my head says it'd be a cool thing to get, and I don't have a "proper" dress watch, and speaking quite frankly I want it and can afford it. Those are the reasons for getting it.
On the other hand, it's a great deal of money for what I would only wear as a piece of jewelry, and that that in a place where people think dressing up means putting on your cleanest AC/DC shirt and submerging yourself in Axe body spray. I'd feel as pretentious as a kindergarten teacher showing up to work in a designer suit.

These are both poor choices.

The first one, the Rolex Submariner in two tone with blue dial, will look absolutely laughable on you unless you are literally a wall-street banker or a New York financier. This is their watch. Unless you are one of them you will look like an idiot or worse, people will assume it's fake.

The second one, The Rolex Datejust I with diamond indices is slightly better but the diamonds are for niggers. You will look like a rapper, or worse, like you are wearing a fake watch.

You can get great rolexs for these prices, so don't go for the ugly hype beast rapper shit.

I would personally buy a Rolex GMT Master II in any color. Or an Explorer I or Explorer II Polar or a datejust without diamond or number indices. these ones are conservative, timeless, classic, while still being flashy and blingy.

Plus: seems like you already like the datejust. Just get that exact same one you posted without the diamond indices. Then you'll look successful and wealthy and be wearing a beautiful timeless classic watch that doesn't make you look like a rapper wearing a fake, or a gaudy Saudi billionaire with no taste.

These are all still rolexs too so it's not like no ones gonna not recognize them. They just won't be disgusted by your shitty taste
