Self-esteem, posture, bodyfat percentage. grooming (skin, hair etc.), fits. In roughly that order.

Not necessarily in order. You already know what makes someone effay, you've seen them in magazines and in real life. Analyze what makes them look so good, adapt as much as possible and get off your ass. Don't fall into the trap (haha traps, 4chan geddit?) of consistently asking questions when you know the answer, just to delay action.

Really tall and straight spine. All models have great posture. Look up "J shaped spine".

Literally anything as long as you have high self-esteem, or "non-neediness" as Mark Manson calls it. According to him that's the fundamental attractive personality trait. That's a good book to read for mental aesthetics.
