Its called Mori Kei, its really an organic and folky take on a fairy tail wood dwelling character. Focusing on chunky fabrics like rich wool, and soft earth tones.
Try /cgl/ because they have a nice understanding of wear to buy clothes in this style, but they're mostly girls so good luck.

Pretty good modern take on the style, take note of the attractive drapery and weighty feel of the fabrics and the nice balance of androgyny yet comfortably masculine appeal - not a fan of the boots, would've gone with less something a little less aggressive, not black leather and not so pointy.
