All my fat instantly goes to my calves and it's getting extremely irritating.
It's starting to get hot and I want to start wearing shorts, go swimming, all that fun stuff.
I'm more than happy with the rest of my body, about 180cm and just barely under 60kg. I can faintly see the definition of my abs, any more than that would look like too much I think. It's really just my fucking calves that still are pretty fatty and look really ugly to me and I have no idea what to do about it.
If I reduce my calories further to try and lose the fat that way I fear I'll also lose the very small amount of fat I still have on other parts of my body and just lose my current look, which is honestly the best I've ever felt about my own body since I can remember.

i've been eating like shit for my entire life, mostly junk foods and snack foods with not much in the way of fruit/veg/healthy foods in general, yet i'm 6ft and 69kgs which is very far from fat despite my shit diet and my huge lack of exercise
i've started to get scared about my health because of this so i'm gonna try and go on a thinspo-y diet, i dont want to build much muscle, i just want to remain skinny while trimming fat from my thighs and stomach, and eat cleaner
gonna try and only drink (1.5-2L a day) water and black coffee, force myself to have brown bread toast every morning, eat mostly fruit during the day, force myself to endure the feeling of hunger, and do 30-60 mins of cardio a day

Weighted in 57.5 kg today after a short plateau, feels good. Think I'll go below 50 kg once I get there. I dropped 4 kg from the start of March to today, got set back by Easter celebrations with lots of bread.
I've been keeping a food diary and weighting daily. My TDEE is ~1600 kcal and I restrict to ~1000 kcal. I eat whatever as long as I stay below my limit, but most of my diet is kefir and apples.

I want to look like a qt boi.
Unfortunately, I'm not only a manlet but also have swole arms and thicc hips that make me want to neck myself. Instant giveaway. Hope I'll lose them soon. And of course, no point in wearing cool hip clothes if you are fat, it looks funny.

I gained ten kilograms because of depression and BED previous winter, although I've always had disordered eating. Keeping a food diary helps with it a lot. I'm glad I finally got a kitchen scale to weight everything.

But honestly, I hate the way conventional "recovery" works. In most cases it's a bunch of people hovering over and forcing you to gain weight uncomfortably fast and then patting themselves on the back that they cured you. Because yeah, making an anorexic reach a chubby average weight will do wonders for their mental health and they don't ever relapse.

I'm not anti recovery though. I just think people need to be allowed to recover on their own terms, at their own pace, as long as they aren't causing harm to other people. And they also need to be allowed to choose not to recover if they don't want to. They don't need to be guilt tripped at best, or forced at worst. It's negative reinforcement and it rarely works.

Thinking of fasting as a punishment is what's wrong with modern western culture. Fasting is one of the most beneficial things one can do for the body if they know what they're doing. Not even just for losing weight, but skin elasticity, mental clarity, and overcoming illnesses (not all but most) and addictions. We're fed this lie that we need to be consuming something several times a day, every single day, never taking a break from that consumption, and to even consider not being in a constant state of consumption is bad.
