Your biggest issue is that it's way too cluttered. Use Android's ability to have multiple home screens and spread all the stuff around. Get a custom launcher while you're at it. For example keep only your planner and the date on the central screen. You can use a single player to handle both your music and your podcasts, but depending on your needs you might need two, idk, so I'd just move them both to another screen. The folders would go onto their separate screen. Then remove the search bar and the dock. Your wallpaper looks low-res, but if it's a photo that has meaning to you, then it's cool.

WP is normie-tier and the clutter comes from having so much stuff on your home screen. i prefer more minimal and try to have four or five icons on my home screen max. with nova i put my 8 most used apps on the bottom row, you can access the other four by swiping the row right. everything else i just swipe up and pick from the drawer, its not that hard.

if you absolutely must have folders to make everything accessible, reorganize your apps so you have folders along the bottom row and change the folder icon to a single recognizable image, no text. take out the double media player thing you have going on. take out the day-month-year on the upper right (i just swipe down from the top to check) and remove the google button on the upper left. if you must have your schedule still there see if theres a way to reduce or eliminate the color palette.
